These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simple Queues Discord bot ("the Bot"). By installing or using the Bot on a Discord server, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage

The Bot is provided free of charge to help manage queueing systems and automated session calls in Discord servers. You may use it solely in accordance with its intended features as described in its documentation.

2. Permissions

To function correctly, the Bot requires permissions including (but not limited to):

• Managing channels and categories
• Moving users between voice channels
• Managing roles for queue moderation
• Sending messages and embedding logs

By installing the Bot, you acknowledge and grant these permissions.

3. Data Handling

The Bot stores minimal server-specific configuration and queue activity data. No personal data or message content is collected. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Restrictions

• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to exploit the Bot in any way.
• Do not use the Bot for harmful, malicious, or unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass command restrictions or impersonate bot functionality.

5. Termination

The developer reserves the right to revoke access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Use of the Bot is at your own risk. The developer is not liable for server misconfiguration, lost data, or unintended behavior.
